1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
10 ounces Slow Cooked Beef Roast in Au Jus (Store bought - Hormel Brand)
1/4 cup Black Olives (Sliced)
1 tablespoon Jalapeños (Sliced)
2 tablespoons Salsa Fresca
2 tablespoons Guacamole
2 tablespoons Sour Cream
Instructions
Set oven to Broil.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread pork rinds in a single layer on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 6 inches from flame for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Layer remaining ingredients as you please.
Recipe Notes
Look for pork rinds that have larger, more chip-like pieces. It will make it easier to layer your toppings and pick up the pieces when you're ready to eat!
