Ingredients 4 servings
  • 3 cup Zucchini Raw
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick
Steps 20 mins
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Chop Zucchini into cubed sized pieces
  3. Grate both cheeses and set aside
  4. Beat Eggs in a large bowl
  5. Add all other ingredients into large bowl, one at a time
  6. Mix well together
  7. Grease large pie plate
  8. Add final product to greased plate
  9. Bake in oven for 45 min until top is golden brown
  10. Let sit for 10 min before serving
  11. Enjoy!
